Seahorse Voucher can be redeemed for bookings of accommodation made on book.straphael.com only. Seahorse Voucher. cannot be redeemed for meeting room bookings or group bookings or any other service advertise of the official hotel website.

The Seahorse Voucher value will be converted to the currency of the booking based on the daily exchange rate on the day of redemption.

If a booking exceeds the Seahorse Voucher value, the balance will be charged to your credit or debit card.

Redemption of Seahorse Vouchers is subject to availability as per the official hotel booking engine calendar. St Raphael Resort reservation Terms & Conditions www.straphael.com/en/terms-and-conditions apply to all bookings.

Unredeemed Seahorse Vouchers are non-refundable, and may not be sold.

Redeemed Seahorse Vouchers are refundable under the following conditions: if you booked a non-refundable rate, the Seahorse Voucher is also non-refundable. If you booked our refundable (flex) rate and fulfill its refund conditions, the Seahorse Voucher is also refundable. You will receive a new Seahorse Voucher by email after communicating with info@straphael.com. Monetary refund is not allowed at any case.

To the extent legally permitted, Seahorse Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. Seahorse Vouchers will not be reissued once expired and Seahorse Vouchers that have expired will not be accepted.

Each Seahorse Voucher can only be used once. Any unused Seahorse Voucher amount at the end of stay cannot be redeemed for cash.

Seahorse Vouchers must be used for a single booking and one Seahorse Voucher cannot be split between bookings.

Seahorse Vouchers are not valid in combination with any other offer.

St Raphael Resort reserves the right not to accept any Seahorse Vouchers that appear to be fraudulent or otherwise be tampered with.

St Raphael Resort Seahorse Vouchers can only be redeemed against bookings made directly through www.straphael.com.
